Is circular just a trendy buzzword or does it represent the consumption of the future?
As part of Sustainability Week, LUSEM arranged a special episode of the popular live broadcast Morning Talks which focused on sustainability, circular business and the circular economy.
On 5 May, Louise Larsson moderated a conversation between Carys Egan-Wyer, the consumer expert who stopped shopping, and Therese Gerdman, Marketing & Communication manager at Inter IKEA. They talked about what exactly a circular economy is and how it differs from a circular business model as well as discussing how brave companies need to be if they are to succeed in making their production more sustainable and circular.
The conversation was held in English and broadcast live on YouTube and there was a lot of engagement from the viewing public. If you missed the live broadcast, you can catch the recording on the Centre for Retail Research's website.
